Welcome to our Tiny Forest

This Tiny Forest was planted by school children from Willesley Primary and local community members on a well-used park in Ashby. The area of park selected becomes unusable in wet conditions and our hope is that the Tiny Forest will help regulate the wet conditions at certain times of year. The Tiny Forest was funded by Ashby Town Council as part of the Local Authority Treescapes Fund and The National Forest Company. The planting day was a wonderful celebration, bringing together local primary school students, local community members and representatives of the councils.
