Welcome to our Tiny Forest
The Coetir Bach was funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund Coetiroedd Bach programme to create a mosiac of woodland across Wales that will form part of the National Forest.
The planting location is situated within the playing fields of the school, and currently managed as amenity grass. Next to the planting area is an outdoor classroom and food growing space which the tiny forest will connect to as another opportunity for outdoor learning and for the children to interact with at break times.
The Coetir Bach Ysgol Gymraeg Glan Ceubal Tiny Forest was planted by the children at the school over three days in October 2024
